01 General Terms

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.

• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Crickex 11:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or carry out any form of cyber attack.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Sending offensive, threatening, or hateful messages on the platform.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Crickex 11 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

09 Limitation of Liability
